Questions shop owners ask
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The till keeps selling with no signal and sends everything when the network comes back. A copy of every waiting sale is also kept safe on our side, so a lost phone does not mean lost sales.
What do I need?
Any Android phone or iPhone for the till, and a phone or computer with a browser for your dashboard. No special hardware.
Can my sellers see my profit?
No. Sellers only see the till. Cost prices, profit, the books and other sellers' drawers stay with you and your manager.
Can I take ZWL?
Prices and books are in US dollars. Turn on ZWL in settings with your own rate and the till accepts it, keeping your drawer in both.
Do customers pay through Trade Junction?
No. Orders from your online store arrive on your WhatsApp, and you get paid the way you always do.
Can I have more than one branch?
Yes. Every branch has its own till, stock and drawer, and you switch between them in one tap. One plan covers them all.
What if I stop paying?
Nothing renews by itself and we never store a card. After your plan ends you get a grace period, then read-only, and your data is kept: pay and everything comes back.
